All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise specified. Order acceptance is subject to credit approval and product availability.

Sale Terms

  • Warranty: 1-year limited warranty on all products
  • Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days with prior authorization
  • Liability: Our liability is limited to product replacement or repair
  • Sales: All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing

Website Sales

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for payment.

Legal Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
